Which Skin Type?

Age, die, hormones and lifestyle all affect the skin and your skincare requirements may change over time. To achieve and maintain a healthy complexion it is important to select the correct skincare products for your daily regime.

Normal Skin

Normal skin is neither dry nor oily, has a consistent texture and is not overly sensitive. Normal skin is not prone to blemishes or open pores. A regular regime and balanced products should be used to maintain a radiant complexion.

Combination Skin

Combination skin can be dry in some areas and oily in others (T-zone – nose, forehead and chin). Combination skin may benefit from slightly different skin care in different areas.

Oily Skin

Oily skin can be shiny and prone to enlarged pores and blemishes. Gentle cleansing is required. Oily skin still requires moisturisation but care must be taken not to overload the skin and clog the pores. Antiseptic preparations can help control blemishes.

Dry Skin

Generally, skin becomes drier with age. The complexion can become dull and prone to fine lines. Dry skin will benefit from rich moisturisation within your regime.

Sensitive Skin

Skin may be sensitive for a multitude of reasons and a process of elimination may help to identify the reason for the sensitivity. Gentle and soothing properties desirable in the products used.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
